Roseanne Cooper, MA, RCC
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#18015) as well as a Registered Art Therapist (43376488). I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling with a Specialization in Art Therapy. I continue to take courses, consult with peers, and engage in supervision to enhance my skills.
I care deeply about mental health. It is at the heart of living well. I believe that the more we understand ourselves and have the freedom to express our authentic selves, the stronger our relationships and communities. Through the course of our lives, we face many difficulties. When we are faced with challenges beyond our capacity it is important to reach out. It is my intention to offer a safe, confidential space for you to open, learn, grow, and create hope and freedom.
I enjoy working with youth, adults, and seniors. Many of whom have experience a broad spectrum of challenges such as: depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, domestic violence, trauma, and/or chronic pain. Together we find creative ways to rebuild safety, health boundaries, resilience, and self-worth. To learn more go to ArtizanIntegratedCounselling.ca
I place great value on cultural diversity and the influence that history has on our daily lives. In particular, I am acutely aware of the varied challenges faced by aboriginal people which invites my deepest compassion and attention.
We are in this together.
